With Christmas just around the corner, it's the perfect time to head to the studio and create some extra special gifts to place under the tree. Whether you're crafting presents for loved ones or designing something unique for your own Christmas table, let your creativity shine this holiday season.
What to Expect
Join us for a hands-on experience where you'll learn essential hand-building techniques, including slab construction, coiling, and joining methods. Our skilled instructor, Lauren, will demonstrate these techniques, ensuring you have the skills needed to create stunning pottery.
What will you make?
Up to 3x clay pieces each of your choosing (*size depending). For example: 1x Large (*platter) 2x Small (*bowls) or 2x Medium (*plates) 1x Small (*dish). Come with an idea or be inspired by our studio examples.
Create Your Masterpiece
Whether you envision a show-stopping platter, an elegant set of dishes, or versatile bowls, you're in the right place. You'll have the chance to decorate and infuse personality into each piece, making them not only functional but also a reflection of your style.
Endless Possibilities
Your creations will be perfect gifts for under your Christmas tree or something for yourself to entertain guests, serving salads, showcasing fruits, or holding trinkets. After the class your pieces will be fired and glazed white by Lauren and ready for collection or post (at your cost) in 4 weeks.
BYO Vino and anything else you please for 2 hours of creating. Fully tutored at Casa Bellbrae by Artist Lauren Barton, located on the iconic Great Ocean Road.
Suitable for students at all levels.

Clay and tools provided
Your pieces will be fired and glazed for you in a white glaze.
